The main run of kitchen units extends in a straight line from the kitchen area into what is more of a living space. Therefore the initial area on the left features all the appliances such as fridge freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher and cooker hood as well as a pull out larder, extra wide drawers and sink unit. The area beyond the tall oven housing features a wide television that extends out from the wall so that it can be watched from any point on the island. The storage from this point on is more multifunctional. A glass splash back has been fitted and is recessed into the window. The worktop is black granite.

This island features classical curved doors at one end with a circular curved granite worktop feature at the opposite end, creating a more sociable seating area where people can sit facing each other. Pop up sockets add power to the island making it more useful for cooking or just using a lap top. The island also has extra storage in the base units. This feature is enhanced with a wicker basket unit in the centre which is both attractive and practical.

The appliances include a Neff H56W20 microwave oven, Neff B15P42  pyrolytic oven, Neff T42D85XI induction hob, Baumatic BT9.3GL chimney hood, Baumatic BDI632 dishwasher and CDA FW820 full height larder Fridge.
